Come one and come all! JCYS events are fun, festive celebrations - several of which also help raise funds for scholarship and programs. What better way to have fun and make a difference! We hope to see you at one of our upcoming events.
Join us on May 3. 2008 for the JCYS-Young Men's Centennial Gala - celebrating 100
years of service to Chicago area children and families. This premier event, taking
place at the Hilton Chicago, will include a cocktail reception, lavish silent and live
auction, dinner, and entertainment by the Ken Arlen Orchestra.
This extraordinary event will honor Michael and Karyn Lutz. Michael is a past president
of JCYS-Young Men's, and his family's dedication and generosity has been paramount to
the growth of JCYS - by establishing the JCYS George W. Lutz Family Center in Highland
Park, and most recently naming the new JCYS Lakeview Family Center in memory of
Michael's mother, Lillian.
This special evening will also bring together many facets of the agency including board and program alumni, friends of the Agency and JCYS staff. And, every dollar raised through the Gala provides program subsidy and scholarship funds, enabling more children to experience JCYS' programs.
We hope you will share in this milestone occasion - and help us continue making a difference in the lives of children and families for our next 100 years!
