The JCYS Northwest Family Center is an ideal location for many special events and activities. Since opening our doors in 2000, we have held hundreds of birthday parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvah services and Family Events.

Our full-sized gymnasium, which boasts a state-of-the-art score board, divider curtain to create to equal recreation areas, and six adjustable basketball hoops, is available for rental on weekend days and evenings. In addition to basketball, the gym can be used for volleyball, floor hockey, soccer and baseball.

Planning a birthday party? Both our Atrium and Multi-Purpose Room make for a fun setting. The Atrium is also serves as a beautiful, secluded area within the Center for B'nai Mitzvah services.

Booking your special event We strive to make each individual event an excellent experience for the host(s) and guests. Our facility is perfect to accommodate parties up to 100 attendees. Space and times are, of course, limited for when such events can take place. We accept reservations up to 6 months in advance, and we recommend booking space at least 2 months prior to your event to ensure accommodations are available. 2007 - 2008 Rental Rates Birthday Parties $135 for reservation of Multi-Purpose Room or Atrium for 1.5 hours $195 for reservation of Multi-Purpose Room or Atrium with Gymnasium or Playground for 1.5 hours ($35 for each additional hour, if available). Gymnasium Rates $80 for reservation of Full Gymnasium for 1 hour $40 for reservation of Half Gymnasium for 1 hour 10% discount for 5 or more weeks on all gym rentals. Saturday B'nai Mitzvah Services in the Atrium $450 for the entire morning (6:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) (Please note: JCYS runs sports programs in the Gymnasium and classes in the Multi-Purpose Room on Saturday mornings - however, as the Atrium is in a secluded area of the Center, these activities will not conflict with Bar/Bat Mitzvah services).
