Enrichment Classes

The Center offers children opportunities to extend their day and learn new skills in areas such as science, nature, sports, Shabbat, literature, art, Spanish, etc. while forming relationships with new teachers and friends.

Please send a drink and a lunch that is nut-free and kosher style (no shellfish or pork).

Enrichment classes include:

Lunch Bunch (11:30 am - 1 pm) Designed for children who are at least 3 yrs old and attend morning Traditional Preschool classes - each day is a separate class with a unique fun-filled theme such as Alphabet Antics, Happily Ever After and Shalom Yeladeem.

KinderConcepts (11:30 am - 2:30 pm) Designed for children who attend Pre-K AM Traditional Preschool classes. Children will focus on specialized instruction each day while also enjoying lunch, snack, free choice, creative art, music, gross motor play and much more with their friends and teachers.

Session 1 (fall)

Fall enrichment classes run from September 2011 through December 2011.
Registration information is currently available.

Session 2 (winter)

Extend your child's day with exciting enrichment classes running from January 2012 through March 2012.
Registration information will be mailed/distributed to you around Thanksgiving.
The Winter Enrichment brochure (for Jan - Mar) will be available during the month of November.

Session 3 (spring)

Extend your child's day with exciting enrichment classes running from April 2012 through May 2012.
Registration information will be mailed/distributed to you around February.
The Spring Enrichment brochure (for April - May) will be available during the month of February.

The Spring Enrichment brochure (for January - May) will be available during the month of November.

SPORTS

Our athletic classes are designed to introduce skills and game play in a variety of sports at age appropriate levels. Through positive reinforcement and feedback, both young girls and boys learn sports and sportsmanship, have fun, all while gaining a feeling of accomplishment and a positive self-image. Our youngest athletes gain skills with the comfort of having a parent nearby to help!

OLE's teaching philosophy is based on research that exposure to a second language is most beneficial between the ages of 0-10. We integrate art, music, culture, and movement to expose your child to a second language. We will foster a love of learning a second language and another culture!
