Our spacious Dining Hall can accommodate over 200 campers and staff. All meals are served buffet style so that our campers can have more choices in their meal selection. The dining hall meals are all "kosher-style".
Breakfast meals include waffles, pancakes, eggs/hash browns, French toast, bagel bar and continental style sweet rolls/donuts. All breakfast meals have a choice of three cold cereals, hot cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and assorted juices. Hot chocolate is provided on those few cool mornings
Lunch and dinners include chicken, pizza, fajitas, grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese, beef bar, hamburgers/hot dogs, pasta bar, Mexican bar, chicken nuggets, cold cuts, bagel dogs, potato bar and more. All dinners include a salad bar and lunches have celery and carrot sticks. Dessert is provided at lunch and dinner and special snacks are given three times per week after evening program.
